Josh Soley is a commercial real estate broker specializing in office, retail, industrial, and multi-family investment properties throughout Southern Maine. Josh has experience in commercial property management, brokerage, investment, subsidized housing, and development. He has served as a property manager for Lincoln Center Property Management, commercial broker for NAI The Dunham Group, and a commercial broker for Compass Commercial Brokers before founding Maine Realty Advisors in 2018. Josh is highly active in the Greater-Portland market and currently sits on the Local Actions Committee with the Maine Real Estate and Development Committee (MEREDA), hosting education events throughout the State of Maine for real estate professionals.

Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in International Relations with a focus on International Security and Diplomacy in the Middle East and Northern African Region and a minor in Political Science. Josh is a Maine native, an animal lover, and enjoys spending time with his family. Outside of MRA, Josh is a high school basketball coach at Waynflete School. During his rare amount of free time, Josh is working on becoming a proficient guitar player, Arabic speaker, and carpenter.
